Will you provide or purchase the alcohol?
Compliance with state liquor regulations prevents us from buying or selling alcohol. However, when discussing your event’s custom menu, we’re happy to help curate your alcohol selection. In most case we can are arrange to allow us to pick uo the alcohol for the State store or Distributer. This unique service allows you to pick your preferred brands and retain any unused alcohol!
Is The Wandering Tavern insured?
Yes, Wandering Mobile Bar Llc is covered by general and liquor liability insurance. Nevertheless, we strongly advise obtaining event insurance for your personal protection and liability coverage. We’re happy to offer recommendations for reliable insurance agents.
What does The Wandering Tavern provide with their Service?
At The Wandering Tavern, we offer a comprehensive package that includes skilled bartenders, plasticware for beverages, a range of mixers, fresh garnishes, ample ice, coolers, top-notch kegging equipment, napkins, tasteful decorations, ambient lighting, a customizable photo backdrop, and above all, a memorable and entertaining experience for your guests!
All of our bartenders hold RAM certification and maintain active roles in the industry. They are not only highly skilled, professional, but also friendly and collaborative.
Do you have options to use kegs?
We feature a dual-tap keg system capable of accommodating either two sixtels (equivalent to 42 beers) or one half keg (equivalent to 65 beers).
Payment and refund policy?
We require a deposit determined in contract based on package in order to hold your date and the remaining Balance will be due 1 week before your event. Full deposit refund if event is cancelled at least 2 weeks before your booked event.
Where is your Home Base located?
While our base is in the Lehigh Valley, PA, we are more than willing to travel to be part of your special day! Please note that for locations beyond a certain distance, additional travel feess, and an overnight hotel fee may be included in your package.
Can we hire you to make some of our drinks and we tap our own kegs or serve other drinks?
Regrettably, no. Serving alcohol from anyone other than The Wandering Tavern employee will nullify the event’s insurance coverage. If we observe any guests serving themselves, we’ll be obligated to close the bar and depart the event without a monetary refund.
I am not sure how much alcohol to order. Will you be able to help?
We sure Can! Simply contact us and we will provide you with a sensible estimate of how much alcohol you should consider ordering, taking into account your budget.
